In 2009, the Berlin branch of MDS MÖHRLE & PARTNER and the tax consulting and audit firm Poschinger Wessendorf Schumacher merged to form MDS MÖHRLE POSCHINGER & PARTNER.

The firm created by the merger is based in Berlin-Mitte and employs more than 20 persons, seven of which are partners.

This merger means a huge opportunity, for example, for clients that want better access to know-how that integrates management, tax and business law or need support to implement their own expansion plans. It also offers the advantages of greater specialisation and more broadly based sector expertise in auditing and tax consulting.
