MDS MÖHRLE Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft mbH provides audit and consulting services relating to a company’s assets, liabilities, financial position and earnings.

We perform audits of annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with German GAAP and international standards (in particular International Financial Reporting Standards and US GAAP) as well as other statutory and voluntary audits – for example audits under the Regulations for Real Estate Agents and Developers, the Cogeneration Act and “Green Point” audits. We also prepare annual and consolidated financial statements if we are not the auditor. Besides private sector businesses of all sizes and legal forms, we audit in particular public sector enterprises. Among the clients to whom we provide audit and advisory services are numerous listed companies and many family-managed businesses and groups.

In addition, we assist you in questions relating to internal reporting systems and control systems. We also support you in connection with the introduction of, and adjustments to, national and international accounting standards. Our experts also accompany you through all the steps of a transaction. These include due diligence, purchase price allocation and valuation. We also prepare prospectus opinions for closed-end funds under the IDW S4 standard and perform audits on the use of funds and perform many audits of property companies for closed-end funds. We also prepare corporate restructuring opinions and credit assessments.

In projects, we work closely with colleagues specialising in law and taxes and with our advisory and IT specialists in order to implement secure, integrated and efficient solutions jointly with them.
